This watch was most likely given to a fire fighter for his service and the back is engraved with NYFD 2044 E.16. Full diameter is 35 mm and the crystal is 31 mm, thickness is 10mm and the total length of the watch is 8 inches. 18 mm strap width. Working, see video.
