The time period of this watch is estimate, however Illinois Watch company was in business from late 1800’s through the 20th. The face of this watch has little diamond chips as the numbers and red baguette stones. It’s a very rare watch, sold as is and has not been served recently. The bracelet is Speigel which is a company and the movement appears to be Lite W C co since that is stamped on the back of the watch.
