I've been to most of the major jewelers in town and when I was looking for a wedding ring for my fiancée. I was very selective in choosing a jeweler. Rock N Gold really knows their industry. I was very pleased with their knowledge of their craft and was quite comfortable during the entire process. In my opinion they are world class!!

I first interacted with RGC for a charitable event fundraiser. They purchased old gold jewelry and generously donated a percentage of sales to my charity. I was very appreciative. Aproximately 1989 I meet Simon when I worked at the NAS Miramar Exchange. Simon use to size jewelry for them. He was extemely honest, detailed, professional even back then. Simon since then has placed a one carat stone into a setting for me, he designed for me a ring for my son that to this day we both get compliments on the pieces. When my husband proposed he didn't want just any kind of ring. He wanted a ring that incorporated everything I've dreamed of as well as an heirloom that we could pass on to our daughters. Simon and VIctoria really listened to Brian and engineered a masterpiece. I do not kid you when I say that I receive several compliments a week on my ring. I keep it shined and cleaned and from the supermarket to the office, people say it's one of the most unique designs they've seen; not like so many out there. Our only dilemma is that we now have THREE daughters and only 2 rings (engagement and wedding) so I guess we need to see Simon and Vicki for another heirloom, ha, ha, ha. There might be some fighting 20 years from now :-)

Whenever I think of Jewelry I think of Rock-n-Gold Creations. The customer service is excellent and I always leave with something unique and cannot find it anywhere but at the Rock-n-Gold Creation. You should check it out.

I took some scrap gold jewelry in to Rock-n-Gold to get a quote. My plan was to get quotes from several places and go with the best one. The person we dealt with (presumably the owner) was very professional and friendly; after a lengthy examination, he explained in some detail what we had brought in and how much he was willing to pay. His determination of the gold content for each piece was accurate, even on a couple of odd items with no makers marks. We walked out with a paper quote.

The other places we went to (e.g. Leo Hamel) were a joke by comparison; they were unprofessional, underhanded and in some cases outright dishonest. Even if their quotes had come in higher (which they didn't) I would probably have gone back to Rock-n-Gold for the sale anyway.

When we returned to make the sale, we were treated in the same professional manner as on our initial visit and left with a check on a downtown bank which we cashed without a problem that same day.

Next time I have some scrap gold to unload (I wish) I'll probably go straight to Rock-n-Gold and save myself a lot of time and hassle.
